Abner Patrick Hayes (codename TIE) is the Regional Chief of British Intelligence for Europe. He is married to Claire Davenport Hayes and they have two children: lawyer Adam Hayes and the physician Claire Marie Hayes, who lives in the United States. Mr. Hayes has two grandchildren, Ian and Jill.
